If you have already chosen your gîte or bed and breakfast, simply enter your arrival dates on its listing page. Availability will then be indicated on the page, and you can proceed with the booking via the "Book Now" button.
If your chosen accommodation is unavailable, you can then browse other guesthouses/bed and breakfasts. The website will remember your travel dates and will directly inform you if the accommodation is available on those dates.
If you have not yet chosen accommodation, you can, from the homepage, indicate your preferences and thus see directly what the Clos de la Platière can offer you on the dates and conditions defined.
You can pay for your stay in several ways:
- by credit card (online or at reception),
- by bank transfer (online only),
- by Cheque or Cash (at reception only).
Additional services can be paid for using the same payment methods.
No. Before accepting a booking, we need to check that the accommodation hasn't already been reserved on a partner site. That's why the booking isn't immediate.
Upon your request, an automated email will be sent to you, informing you that your request has been received.
Once your request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your reservation has been successfully processed. It should therefore be effective at that time.
You have several options. You can cancel with a simple phone call, or by using our contact form, specifying the booking number included in the email you received when making the booking.
You can also, directly from the confirmation email, click on the "cancel reservation" link.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT, whether it concerns the rental or the additional services indicated at the time of booking.
Tourist tax will be charged as an additional charge at the time of your actual presence at Clos de la Platière, either upon your arrival (if it takes place during reception opening hours), or upon your departure.
We provide bed linen and towels upon your arrival. These can be replaced during your stay upon request (limited to one replacement for stays of less than 5 days, and two replacements for stays of more than 5 days).
Cleaning is an additional charge and can be requested at the time of booking. If it has not been booked, you agree to clean the property upon your departure (cleaning supplies will be provided). If the cleaning is not carried out, you will be charged within 7 days of your departure, at the rate indicated on the booking form.
You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time (6:00 PM). If reception is closed, you can access the accommodation independently (key box system).
If you have chosen the"Early Arrival" option (€10 per stay), you can take possession of the accommodation from 2:00 PM..
However, in case of late arrival (after 10:00 PM), you will be asked to respect the peace and quiet of the other occupants by minimizing noise during your arrival.
Clos de la Platière has aprivate car park that can accommodate 5 or 6 vehicles. It is accessible at all times, allowing you to come and go without constraints.
Pets are only allowed in the three cottages with outdoor access. For health reasons, the cottage on the second floor and the two guest rooms cannot accommodate pets.
If your pet is accompanying you, you need to inform us and tell us about its temperament (as other animals may be present at the same time).
No, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cottages and guest rooms. However, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, provided that other guests are respected and that these areas are left clean (no cigarette butts on the ground, please – ashtrays will be provided on request for private outdoor areas).
